From system unsubscribes to manual unsubscribes, manage all of your opt-outs in one place.

Managing Unsubscribes

First, start by navigating to "Manage Unsubscribes" from List Builder. Select the down arrow on the right side of the "Create List" button to pull up the "Manage Unsubscribes" selection and select it.

This will bring you to your Unsubscribe List. In System Unsubscribes, you can see Directory or Personal Contacts that have specifically unsubscribed, indicating that they no longer wish to receive emails from you. Other contacts are deleted Directory or Personal Contacts that had previously unsubscribed.

Manual Unsubscribes

To add someone to your unsubscribe list manually, navigate to Manual Unsubscribes and select the green plus-circle.

An Unsubscribe People module will open. Type the email addresses that you'd like to unsubscribe, adding one entry per line. Click "Unsubscribe" when complete.

Once saved, you'll see these email addresses appear in your Manual Unsubscribes.

Exporting Unsubscribes

Since these contacts are unsubscribed, they will no longer receive email promotions from you sent through Agency Access. You may wish to utilize this data in other ways, ie. uploading to your personal CRM or sending postcards.

Start making a selection by checking the box next to the names you'd like to include, then click the “Export” button in the bottom left-hand corner or top-right corner.

Download File Format

Your lists will automatically download in CSV (comma-separated value) format, which is commonly used and supported on most platforms (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). Upload your CSV file to popular CRM's and ESPs such as SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.

Printing Mailing Labels

Make a selection by checking the box next to the names you'd like to include, then select the down arrow on the right side of the "Export" button to pull up the “Print Labels” button, or select "Print Labels" in the top-right corner. Check out this article on Downloading Mailing Labels if you need any help troubleshooting.
