Recreating Legacy Email from Archives

Recreating an email within Email Builder that was created and sent from our legacy email system.

Once you are in the Email Center, click the Archived tab at the top of the screen. This will open a list of all emails sent in the past using our Legacy Email system.

To preview or duplicate the email you are looking to re-create, expand the three-dot menu and click "Duplicate" or "Preview."

If the Duplicate option does not show, this means your email was built in our legacy email system and can not be duplicated. If selecting Preview, the email preview will now open in a new window in your web browser. From here, you will now need to re-create your email using our Email Builder.
