Individually selecting contacts and adding them to your list is called a Handpicked list. We will walk you through how to add individual contacts from the Directory to one of your marketing lists.
Add Contacts From the Contacts Directory
If you know the name of the contact you are looking to add to your list, search for them within our "Contacts Directory."
Check the box next to the contact's name and click "Add to List" or "Manage Tags" at the bottom left-hand side of the page.
The "Choose Lists" or "Manage Tags" modal will open, allowing you to create a new list or select from a list you already built. Click the "Add" or "Save"button, and you will see a success bubble towards the bottom right-hand side of the screen indicating your changes have been saved.
Add Contacts From the Companies Directory
If you are looking to add multiple contacts from a company, navigate to the "Companies Directory" and enter the name of the company; then, click "Search."
You might get multiple results. Locate the company you wish to add contacts from and click on the company name.
From there, you will land on the "Company Details" page; navigate to the "People" tab. From this page, you can individually check off the contacts from the company you wish to add. Once you've checked all your contacts, click "Add to List" at the bottom of the screen.
Once again, the "Choose Lists" or "Manage Tags" modal will open, and you can select the list(s) to which you would like to add these contacts. Click the "Add" or "Save" button, and you should see a success bubble towards the bottom right-hand side of the screen indicating your changes have been saved.
Locating Your Handpicked Contacts in a List
If you would like to double-check and make sure these new contacts have been added to your list, navigate to your "Lists" page and edit the list you added the contacts to. You should see a new "Handpicked Segment" with the contacts you added within.
