Using a Saved Search in the Directory can save time by not having to reapply filters each time you come back to take a look. This article details how you can convert a saved search you've created into a list.
Load Your Search
You will want to begin by loading the saved search you want to convert into a list. You can do this one of two ways:
Using the Saved or Recent Searches section on the directory home screen, click the three-dot menu option to the right of the Saved or Recent Search you would like to work on and click the load option.
Click the load button at the top right-hand corner of the screen to show all Saved Searches rather than just the recent searches shown on the directory home screen. Click the three-dot menu option to the right of the Saved Search you'd like to load.
Make Your Selections
Now that your search has been loaded, you can make your contact/company selections using the checkboxes to the left of the contact/company names.
โ
Pro Tip: You can use the first check box at the top of the page in the header row to select the whole first page. Once a selection has been made, if you wish to add all results to your list, you can use the Select All feature in the blue toolbar at the bottom of the page.
Add Your Selections to a New or Existing List
Now that you have made your selections, you can select the green three-dot menu option in the toolbar at the bottom of the page and click Add to List.
You can select the checkbox to the right of the existing list name to which you would like to add the contacts or use the green plus button to create a new list.
In this case, we are adding to a new list, which will prompt you to provide a name for your new list. Name your list and click the green Finish button.
Once the list name has been created, it will be checked off automatically for you, and you will be able to click Save to add the contacts to your list.
Viewing Your New Saved List
To view your new saved list, navigate to the Lists section of your account. Your new list will be at the top of your lists page, as shown below.
