There are a couple of ways to export a list as a database file from the Agency Access application. In this article, we will cover each of these and show you how to download multiple lists simultaneously. If you are a month-to-month member, review the Download Accessibility section at the end of this article.

Exporting a Single List

Navigate to your "Lists" located on the left-hand navigation bar. Choose the list you want to export and expand the three-dot menu to the right of your list. Click "Export" and follow the steps to download your list.

Exporting Multiple Lists

If you want to download multiple lists at once, select each of the lists by checking the box next to the list name, then click the “Export” button. Downloading multiple lists at the same time will remove any duplicates between the lists you selected.

Exporting a Single List While Editing

You can also export your list while you are on the editing page of list builder. Once you finish your selections, click on the download icon at your screen's top-right corner and follow the output steps.

Download Accessibility

Annual subscribers can download database files at any time with no additional cost. This feature is included in all annual database subscriptions.

Monthly subscribers can now download lists at any time with our new Pay Per Contact Export option. When downloading a list as a monthly subscriber you will be charged $0.05 per contact downloaded. All monthly subscriptions come with 100 Free Export credits per month, meaning you can download the first 100 contacts for free. Below are the steps to follow once you have selected the lists you'd like to download.

Download File Format

Your lists will automatically download in CSV (comma-separated value) format, which is commonly used and supported on most platforms (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). Upload your CSV file to popular CRM's and ESPs such as SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.
